Cancellation Policy

Standard Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, your request must be received by 12:00pm (midday) on the day of dispatch. Orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day, so please ensure your cancellation request is submitted in good time.

Please note, while we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as we may not see the request in time before your order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, the cancellation will not be possible and you would need to follow our returns process once the item has been received.

If your cancellation is processed successfully, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Preorders

Preorders cannot be cancelled once placed. Payment is taken at the time of purchase to secure your item from an incoming shipment. As stock is limited and restocks take time, we are unable to offer cancellations on preorder items.

If you change your mind once your preorder has been delivered, you are welcome to return the item within 30 days in accordance with our returns policy.
