The Shokunin is forged from 67 layers of Japanese Damascus steel with an AUS-10 stainless steel core, hardened to 60±2 HRC. That means a sharper edge that lasts far longer than standard kitchen knives, with each side honed to a precise 15-degree angle.
The traditional Japanese octagonal Wa handle is crafted from natural rosewood and ebony — lightweight, balanced, and designed to sit comfortably in your hand without fatigue.
Also brilliant for slicing tomatoes, cheese, melon, and levelling cakes.
