The lifetime warranty covers your bread bin or knife. Cover for both the bread bin and the knife is only included when they are purchased together as a bundle. If you buy either item on its own, the warranty only covers the unit you purchased it with — you can add it for that specific unit at the point of purchase.
The lifetime warranty is redeemable once, for a single replacement unit. Once you have made a claim, the warranty is considered used. Your replacement unit comes with a 30-day warranty from the date you receive it, and no further cover applies after that period ends.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage and activates after the 30-day return period. If you ever need help, just reach out to our team and we'll be glad to sort it.
